We pick the best paddy from our network of beloved farmers.
We gently dry the paddy from approx 16%-18% moisture until it reaches approx 12%. This makes the final rice grain perfect for absorbing flavors!
First, we remove the rough outer husk. Polishing is a quick "sharpening" to make the grain look gorgeous!
Every grain gets sorted and graded so you only get the perfect grains in your bag. Enjoy every single bite!
One last quality check, and then the fresh rice is packed and ready to grace your table.
