The paddy is steamed before the outer husk is removed. This high-pressure "spa day" makes the grain stronger and helps it retain more nutrients.

We gently dry the paddy (from 16% - 18%) to the perfect starting moisture around 12%.
The paddy gets a special steam treatment for a good 10 to 36 hours. This makes the grain harder and preserves nutrients!
The steamed paddy is carefully dried to the perfect approx 12% moisture level.
The rough outer husk is removed to reveal the inner grain.
The grain gets polished—not adding anything, just a quick sharpening to make it look gorgeous!
Every grain is sorted to ensure you only get the perfect quality.

One last quality check, and then the healthier rice is packed and ready to grace your table.
